1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the aaq99 platform in any way — including browsing the aaq99 website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the aaq99 platform regardless of whether they have completed full account registration.

aaq99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, aaq99 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Player Eligibility

To register and use the aaq99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. aaq99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility condition at any point during your use of the platform.

• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account registration and at the time of placing any bets.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using an aaq99 account.
• You must not already hold another aaq99 account. aaq99 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy enforced through mobile number verification and KYC. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of aaq99 or any company in the aaq99 group.

3Account Registration

To access the full features of the aaq99 platform, including placing bets and making deposits and withdrawals, you must complete the account registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times.

• You must register using your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. The mobile number used for registration will be used for OTP verification and future account recovery.
• Each player may hold only one aaq99 account. If aaq99 detects that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals forfeited without prior notice.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaq99 account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. aaq99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• aaq99 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal.
• Account registration is only complete when aaq99 has confirmed your registration via SMS OTP verification. Until registration is confirmed, access to deposit, bet placement and withdrawal features is restricted.

aaq99 may at any time request additional documentation to verify the identity, age, address or source of funds of any player. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4Identity Verification (KYC)

aaq99 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. aaq99 may also require KYC verification before processing large deposits or in response to risk assessment triggers. The KYC process exists to protect players, prevent fraud and ensure compliance with applicable standards.

• Players must provide a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or passport as primary identification. The name on the identity document must match the name used to register the aaq99 account.
• aaq99 may request proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad account registered in the player's name) to confirm that the deposit and withdrawal method belongs to the account holder.
• aaq99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending KYC completion. If a player fails to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in the KYC request notification, aaq99 may close the account and return the verified deposit amount to the original payment method, less any winnings accrued from unverified play.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

aaq99 processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the aaq99 platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits made via these methods are credited to the player's aaq99 account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that payment method accepting inbound transfers. aaq99 does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets or bank accounts not belonging to the registered account holder.
• Verified accounts (KYC complete) typically receive withdrawals within 15 minutes of a withdrawal request being submitted. Withdrawal processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or for amounts exceeding standard thresholds, which may require additional verification.
• aaq99 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or your bank) may apply their own standard transaction charges. aaq99 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for charges levied by third-party payment providers.
• aaq99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of a suspected fraud incident, or receipt of a chargeback or dispute notification from a payment provider.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they submit for withdrawals are accurate. aaq99 accepts no liability for funds transferred to an incorrect wallet number or account as a result of player error.

6Bonuses and Promotions

aaq99 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each offer is made available.

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified aaq99 account in good standing. Players with restricted or suspended accounts are not eligible to claim bonuses.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants on their first qualifying deposit only. The welcome bonus is not available to players who have previously held an aaq99 account, regardless of whether that account was closed.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus offer terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

• Bonuses may only be used for betting and gaming on the aaq99 platform. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements, or used in combination with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.

7Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets, casino wagers and crash game bets placed on the aaq99 platform. Game-specific rules are displayed within each individual game interface and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the aaq99 platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is the player's responsibility to verify the details of a bet before confirming it.
• aaq99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error, data feed error or human error in odds compilation. Where such voids occur, the original stake is returned to the player's account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the aaq99 records of the bet, the game outcome and the applicable odds shall be conclusive. Players may raise a dispute by contacting aaq99 support at [email protected] within 7 days of the relevant event settlement.
• Maximum bet and payout limits apply per market, per game and per player account. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement. aaq99 may apply individual player betting limits at its discretion based on account history and risk assessment.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaq99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action where applicable.

• Registering more than one aaq99 account, or registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the aaq99 platform, place bets, claim bonuses or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or using the aaq99 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. aaq99 will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the aaq99 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of platform errors are void and will be recovered.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, sports event bet or crash game round. Any evidence of collusive play will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

aaq99 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems that continuously monitor platform activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected, aaq99 may immediately freeze the account, suspend access and initiate an investigation without prior notice to the player.

9Account Suspension and Termination

aaq99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, KYC refusal or fraudulent activity.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information at the time of registration or during any subsequent KYC or verification process.
• At the player's own request. Players who wish to close their account may contact [email protected]. Any remaining verified balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

10Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

12Limitation of Liability
